Answer is independent of the length of the stick. You need knowledge of continuous functions probability to get the exact answer

If he will break the stick in the ratio of 0.3,0.3 and 0.4 then he can form triangle b'coz stick is 1 meter long similarly there will be more possibility i think so i m not sure ......but i think the probability of his winning is 6....it's tough one guys....

It is possible to have discrete approximations to the answer by assuming that the length of the three parts is in integral no. of centimeters (say). The answer gets better if you can divide the stick into 1000 units such that every part is in integral number of millimeters. You can't get the exact answer however without continuous probability functions. As the three parts can have any length. Only certain combinations of part lengths can form triangles. This pbm is a bit too mathematical for a puzzle.
