We are asking the users to post their solutions to the bonus challenge on the discussion thread for that puzzle. We will give a T-shirt to the best solution from the posts. This challenge will expire on 14-Aug-2008.

We received over 300 responses out of which about 200 were right!! Thanks for the overwhelming response.

More importantly, we counted at least 25 different variations of the correct solution! Now, that is impressive.

For those who answered 28 - you guys are close, but sorry! We would have been tempted to give you the T-shirt if we had put "the correct answer to this puzzle" in quotes and you had answered 33 - white space is also a character. Anyway, if you still disagree then we have to say - quizmater's decision is final!
