    Summary: Hp had look in to the decision of PC division seperation plan which was once consosdered as flip flop stragety . Former CEO Leo Apotheker's took decision for its PCG and call out for tablet computers was a revamping to consumer mrket. As this decision was not welcomed by investors and it would have cost $1.5 million including one time expenses for infrastucture and other operation unit. Meg Withman who was newly appointed as Cheif Executive said that they are stronger in PC unit and there is no need for seperation

    Summary: Hewlett packard is retaining its business after a disturbed market. It is considering some strategies for revamping by killing its few businesses. Blown away by Apple it is struggling in PC market.Whiterman had made a decision whether to seperate the PC business which will cost him 1.5 biilion and 1 billion in branding and procurement. Other alternatives include hiving into seperate company.
