Post Daily RC Passage for the date 17-Jul-17

Summary: The developing countries are moving towards a slow economic growth. BRICKS countries are revisiting their growth forecasts to make it more conservative. However, developing countries will still have a higher growth rate than developed countires. The situation which prevailed in last world economic crisis, where the developing economies grew and rest were stagnated might not be achieved this time, where both seems to be slowing.
China has to an extend a delibrate trajectory to reach a more domestic consumption. This impacts other developing countries as they depend on trade with China. Brail's non competitive indutries are falling, as a culmination of various reasons- beuracracy, poor infra and corruption.

Central Idea: Developing economies, though still ahead in growth than rest, are begining to slow down.
